Digital orders

Your five style previews are typically ready within 1-2 business days of uploading your photo. Once you choose your favourite, your high-resolution digital file is prepared and delivered via your secure order link.

Print orders

Prints are made to order once your style is chosen and confirmed, then shipped directly to you. Exact timelines are shown on the relevant Etsy listing.

Hand-painted commissions

Once your composition is chosen, your original is painted by hand — this takes longer than a print, and current turnaround is shown on the hand-painted Etsy listing.

Returns

All orders are placed and paid for through our Etsy shop, so Etsy's standard buyer protections apply. If something isn't right with your order, message us on Etsy first and we'll work with you to put it right.
